The Royal Devon's recruitment website was outdated and ineffective, functioning merely as a job vacancy notice board without offering insights into what it's like to work at the Trust or outlining potential career paths for various roles. Recognising the importance of attracting top talent in a competitive environment, we were tasked with updating their site to better meet these crucial needs.
