How we helped Ablation Frontiers in the run-up to acquisition by med tech giant Medtronic

Overview

Ablation Frontiers, a small US startup with big ambitions, contacted us on Christmas Eve outlining their goal to achieve a $500,000,000 sale within 36 months. This required comprehensive efforts in branding, product positioning, and communication. To meet their objectives, we embarked on the following tasks, incorporating annual strategies essential for success.

  • Corporate identity programme, naming and positioning the company in readiness for launch liaising with KOLs and Investigators

  • Product identity programme for : PVAC, MAAC, MASC, TVAC

  • GeNIUS generator

  • Exhibition booth

  • Congress collateral

  • Corporate Identity programme for the AF Educational Institute: New Frontiers Academy

Conclusion

We met the brief on time and at the sale price prior to any US sales - Medtronic bought the company and immediately established their Ablation division.
